Man Charged in Perryville Parking Lot Robbery

The Perryville Police Department charged the suspect from a February robbery on May 13.

A 31-year-old Havre de Grace man was charged Monday with armed robbery in connection with a holdup in Perryville that took place over the winter, police said.

The Perryville Police Department said that at 6:55 p.m. on Feb. 18, an armed robbery was reported in the parking lot of Ercole's Pizza, on the 600 block of Broad Street.

Perryville police said that they conducted an "intense investigation" incorporating the Maryland State Police Crime Lab and the Forensic Sciences Division.

As a result of the investigation, officials took Michael Allen Gullion, 31, of Havre de Grace, into custody on Monday. He has been charged with armed robbery, reckless endangerment, first and second-degree assault and theft less than $1,000.

Gullion was being held at the Cecil County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
